(Anniversary of my story The Necromage)

This story may be mostly abandoned for now but it's never forgotten. No, I haven't finished chapter 2 and I won't for a long time yet, but here's a little something about it. A tribute of sorts.

Today is Seir's birthday so here's a quick drawing just to pretend he isn't currently kinda irrelevant lmao

I made his colors a little bit paler than usual here. I think I kinda like him more like this (I've never been much a fan of his yellowish fur color tbh) Now he looks a bit deader... which I feel like it's kinda fitting for a necromage like him xD. Maybe he was yellower as a kid/teen but his adult coat is like this.

"Maybe working with Hayley might turn out to be good for something after all..." Yeah this is how the whole Verloren thing ties in with the modern day stuff in The Necromage. This is actually a scene in tN chapter 2 kinda. This should've been written by now, if I hadn't gotten entirely derailed along the way haha. Today is tNniversary. 12 years since my first scribble about this story. 2 years since I posted chapter 1. Yeah 2 years of "I'm so going to do this" and then not doing this :'D But I swear, someday, I will do this. Too much of my lore is built up from of this story for me to ever truly abandon it.

Happy New Year! My first drawing this year is, once again, Seir. It means a lot to me that in 2022 I actually finally managed to do SOMETHING, even if it's just a very tiny first chapter of Seir's story. I'm motivated to continue, and I can't wait to have chapter 2 out! I'd love to release it on the anniversary again, but I don't think I'll manage because Ch2 is going to be a lot longer than Ch1. Hopefully, I'll manage to do something else for the date. Here's to another year of doing THINGS!

I can't believe that it's already been one entire year since I published the first chapter of The Necromage!! I wish I could be celebrating by having chapter two out too, but that wasn't possible. So instead, I was only able to do a little update on chapter one. Recently, I built the place from it in a game, so the building finally made sense to me. Due to that, I had to change a bit of the descriptions of the place in the story, but it's nothing too significant. I've added two new images to the story also! One of them is this one, which is on the first page, and there's another smaller one in the second page. If you have already read it, nothing changed about the story itself. I stumbled upon a tiny story draft on my notes and became obsessed with it, so I decided to finish it and the sketch I had with it. These were some 2017 stuff! It took me a bit longer than I expected (as usual) but it's done! It's a short story about Seir when he was a little kid, learning about potions with his mom. It's called Little Potionmaker! September 17 is the day I arbitrarily assigned as Seir's birthday, so here's a scribble of him! He'd be turning 26 now, though he's like 18 in the story.
