It's all about the finishing touches when it comes to your makeup. . . My preference instead of using a harsh gel liner is a pencil, for me it's great because I can either create an intense look or smudge it out for a more subtle framing of the eye. For some clients I even very lightly take it as close to the lashes as possible so it makes your eyes more intense but its so subtle you are not sure what has been done. . .
