Cipia Awarded 5 Design Wins For Industry-Leading European Commercial Vehicle OEM
Cipia, a leading provider of AI-driven computer vision for in-cabin automotive solutions, has secured a significant contract with a top-tier European Commercial Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to supply its Driver Sense driver monitoring system (DMS). This advanced technology will be integrated into five different truck models, which will be manufactured in Europe and sold worldwide, starting in 2025.
To achieve this integration, Cipia will utilize a Texas Instruments (TI) System on Chip (SoC), showcasing the company's commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology. This collaboration marks a major milestone for Cipia, as it becomes the third European OEM to adopt their Driver Sense technology in less than a year, highlighting their rapid expansion in the European automotive market.
Yehuda Holtzman, CEO of Cipia, expressed his satisfaction with this achievement, emphasizing the strict regulatory environment in Europe that is driving OEMs to prioritize vehicle safety.
