Freelance Journalist singled out by Miami-Dade Police

This freelance photojournalist was the only member of the media arrested during the OccupyMiami sweep. Sadly it seems like he may have been targeted because of a website he runs called "Photography is Not a Crime"

After his arrest video of the incident was mysteriously deleted from him camera. Well due to magic of technology the video was able to be recovered and here is the "altercation" he was arrested for. They alleged that he was given a dispersal order but in the background of the video a few feet from him you see the rest of the media. You can't give an order to specific members of the media you have to give it to all of them.
