Quick theories: the Hanson’s killed Lucy Sable, maybe she was Ryan’s girlfriend, maybe she was pregnant and they knew it would ruin Ryan’s life, maybe she was like a secret sister no one knew about and threatening to expose them, but they killed her, had Nancy’s dad cover it up (since Everett’s comment at Tiffany’s funeral would suggest Mr Drew worked for them in the past) and Lucy had the intention of hurting Ryan when she killed Tiffany, or Everett had her killed too because he clearly hated her, and Lucy is back to warn everyone bc she can’t have that happen to someone else like it happened to her.
