On Saturday, December 11th, in partnership with Faith in Action Douglas County, Georgia and The Elf Squad we again have the opportunity to join with our community and city (churches, community and civic organizations, and private citizens) to ensure that every child in Douglas County has a gift to open on Christmas Day. The program has served over 36,000 children in the last four years at numerous venues. . Operation Christmas serves Douglas County children who: • receive free and reduced price meals at school • are homeless • are in the Head Start program • receive WIC or other services at the Douglas County Health Department .
