Monster Frisk! I think they would be a light/angel monster, given their connection to determination, the save point, and the prophecy. It would also contrast with monster Chara having a dark/demon theme.

Dancetale; Frisk, or Firefly, can’t dance when they first fall down, and each monster teaches them a new style.

Underfell: Frisk, or Pepper, is selectively mute and is very kind to all monsters.

Overtale: Gaster always guessed that monsters existed, but everyone saw him as crazy. However, Frisk’s appearance proves them all wrong. They weren’t the first. Chara also was on the surface, but hidden by the Dreemurrs until they escaped and got hit by a car, making Asriel sink into a depression and become “Flowey”
