Yet, another reason to be both scared and intrigued by the seas. Board walkers have recently seen tentacles splashing and bringing waves to the beaches followed by the echoes of a sound resembling a human voice calling out the name “Julia”. Despite hesitation, scientists from around the globe have dug into these strange happenings. Only to be baffled by the answer.
