The eldest is the son-- it goes in with my headcanon that Link’s first child will always be a son, inheriting most of his genes so that he can carry on the triforce.
The son a little more quiet and introverted, and is extremely protective over his little sister. She has the same kind of temperament as their mother, but they both have the same lame sense of humor as their father.
