HI TUMBLR Friends, I need your help!

I run a Model UN conference and this year we are short handed with the staff volunteers.  If you are in the OC area and are interested in helping out, please email me [email protected] for more info. 

We are looking for anyone who’s interested and is available to train sunday mornings with the rest of the staff volunteers. Rooms at the hotel where the conference is being held, will be available as well free breakfast and cocktail hour. 

You can also use this experience as volunteer credit if you’re a high schooler or as an internship if you’re in college. You can definitely use us a references on your resume, if you come help out for the weekend.

Making my binder up for a Model United Nations confrence this weekend. I'm the UK and I'm carrying a tiny Tardis with me for good luck. :)

I just attened my first ever Model UN confrence.

It was so great.  I was the Russian Federation, which was a little daunting for my first time.  I definitely wasn't prepared for it, but hey, now I know better for next time.  I did help draft our working paper on cyber-warfare, and I was really excited they used my idea as the main point.

I definitely know now that I need to be more vocal and aggressive in my next conference if I want any recognition later on.  I mean, I'm the Russian Fed.  I'm allowed to be really loud and obnoxious.

I absolutely love MUN, and totally recommend it to anyone who is lucky enough to have this club at their high school.
