I finished watching the uncanny counter finale and wow, it was so satisfying and heartwarming. I love the closures they gave to all the subplots and im beyind excited for season 2. found family has always been one of my favourite tropes and the family in this drama did not disappoint me at all. every interaction of theirs stayed with me for a very very long time

I came to connect with all the characters sm (except the villains ofc) I also liked how they finished season 1 properly without any major plots remaining hanging while also leaving place for a season 2. many dramas with multiple seasons fail to do that and its one of my biggest pet peeve so im very very satisfied with uncanny counter.

now, I do believe the story lost some of its charm towards the end but it never was boring or dragged for me. I enjoyed watching our counter family and I was waiting for them to be finally happy.

not that anyone asked but this drama is a solid 10 for me !!

Seeing them going to this scary ass railway station without any backup and in night, is just so frustrating. But that's how they function, I guess.

*spoilers*

She wears heels, doesn't have flashlight, no weapons obviously as she isn't a cop but a prosecutor but decides to part ways with the cop, to LOOK FOR A MURDERER. With this idiotic brain, she deserves to die.

And can someone please at least give Yoon Shi Yoon, a damn band-aid. This guy created a fake car crash to arrest an asshole, he had head injury, but still didn't seek any medical help.

And few days after that he got hit in his head again by a goodamn shovel!! He just washes the blood off his face and goes by his business as usual. He got two head injuries just within couple of days, show me some bandages please. Someone can take care of their Team-jangnim here please??

And this lady prosecutor doesn't share crucial evidences she discovers with the detective in charge but decides to go by herself to the haunted or abandoned or whatever railway station. Sees a mysterious TRAIN, stopping at the station!!! Someone opens the heavy ass train door from the inside (surely must have made huge noise), throws a bag on the tracks but our female lead (who for sure deserves to die for being so stupid) goes and checks the bag first. The door is still open behind her back, but she is like, "Wow!! Here's a bag, so naturally kept here, let me open it."

I have zero sympathy for characters who are shown into some smart professions, but still do lame things and die. You have been asking for it.
