You are on right track if you have a sense of time ....something which I discovered while in Prof PC Thomas Classes ..Your day is broken down into minute minutes ..And you sense each minute passing by ...You have clear time bound targets and everyone enters a race of super productivity and effectiveness....That is when you realizes the path to achieving something worthwhile , the path to excellence .... You are on your toes each minute....
To create such a time bound framework when out of PC sir's control , is really hard ....Here is a small routine which I have planned for myself ....
It breaks down into 5 pomo sets of 3 pomos each where each pomo is about 25 minutes .....
Have something like...........
1 pomo set Before Breakfast (from 7 to 9)
2 pomo sets Before Lunch (from 9 to 2)
If possible a nap in between
Need to perfect this routine before I possibly could add one or two more pomo sets to the day .......
A jogging + meditation and a yoga + meditation combo should precede and foll the pomo stretch ....
daily 1 hour reading makes the chart complete . And a complete switch off on sunday so as to energise for the next week ....and pbably a 2 weeks switch off by the year end...
This is my dream routine as of now.... :)
