Lucanis probably has repetitive strain injuries from Crow training, specifically where rapiers/blades are involved.

(for those of you that don't know, I did fencing for almost 10 years)

Specifically, he probably has medial epicondylitis, colloquially known as golfer's elbow. Lucanis would have medial from the muscles used in the repetitive jabbing/parry motions done with a rapier. This injury specifically aggrevates a nerve in the elbow from the swollen tendon pressing against the nerve that causes pain and weakness in the arm.

Even though Lucanis is religious with stretching and training, he's still prone to the rare bouts of pain flares from such injuries.

It causes mild numbness in his pinky and ring finger and a tender pain on the inside portion of his elbow. Usually it only takes a day or two of rest for the flare to end, but he's always a bit grumpy during pain flares since it's hard for him to do much of anything without aggrevating the injury.

This is kind of a random thing to put up here but I feel like it should be celebrated and I don’t know where else to do it... my mums CA-125 level has dropped enough that they’ve decided to cancel her up coming surgery, she was so worried about it so hopefully the level stays where is is or drops more!
