alright - tumblr deleted my video where i picked out the winners for my url-inspired-graphic contest because as it seems i “violated the terms of service and community guidlines..”

it was just paper..

can u explain how u do that colored paper effect like in that t'cholla edit?? the backgrounds have a paper texture i was wondering how u do that
