A history lesson on Hollywood using the FBI as their anti-piracy patrol back in the days of bootleg film reels and video tapes.
A highlight: MGM siccing the FBI on a university professor because him showing the 1925 Ben-Hur to his little film club could have hurt sales to the 1959 Ben-Hur.
Oddity Archive has done a few videos of audio effects, filters, and other sound manipulation.. things these past couple of months, and I’ve been really enjoying them even though I’m too dumb to understand the technical stuff behind most of it.
