OOOH I thought of one better! My name is Oddrún and I'm going to study to be a midwife and the student union is called Oddrún after Oddrúnargrátr (Oddrún's lament) from the Edda sagas. So my life written in the stars? I think so!
aaaah names fascinate me so much!
my greek name is pretty close to chrysanthemum and literally translates to golden flower or blossom and it's almost never on anything with names on it at gift shops, a fact that still frustrates me, even though i no longer feel the urge to buy things at gift shops
