Lilith. A victim of multiple sadistic ‘experiments’ along with her other siblings, two of which passed away.
‘Experiments’ is a nicer way to put it, but she was basically one of the vykkers’ playthings; the vykkers would just do whatever they felt like to the five mudlings, whether it was dumping chemicals on them or injecting them with mysterious compounds, or playing with their DNA.
Only two mudlings survived this unspeakable treatment, Lilith being one. The other one is her brother which she has no contact with.
Lilith is very self conscious of her appearance and cannot see out of the eye on her forehead (she is completely blind there). Because of her three eyes and general appearance, city folk often think she’s some sort of freaky psychic or something, which she isn’t. Lilith tries to use this to her advantage and sometimes cons people into giving her money, and she’ll read their ‘fortune’. It’s uncommon for anyone to even buy it though- not many people in the city believe in that stuff.

“...I have heard of Abe... And I fear him. I do not want to meet him. His powers sound very dangerous, and he has blown things up.” Lilith paused. “But I have never heard of Alf. Maybe he’s less scary...”
Ever had a crush on anyone?
“I don’t know... I’m not sure how it feels. But I have admired the beauty of some, like... Sei... and this girl I knew back at the lab when we were kids...” Lilith’s words went a little quiet as she stared into space. “Her name... I don’t remember it, unfortunately.”
It was early in the morning. So much so that it was barely light outside. Lilith awoke. She couldn’t afford accommodation, so had lived in an alleyway for years, her appearance scaring others into leaving her alone. The mudokon sat up and stretched her arms up until she heard a soft click and then stood up, rubbing her eyes sleepily. She had enough of the city, it was too busy, loud, and she’d get filthy looks from everyone she saw.
She had to leave, and today was the day she planned to do it.
Why today, though, and not any other day in her lifetime? Lilith had always been so scared of leaving the city, but she recently just couldn’t take it.
A few weeks ago, the laboratory that she was born in and got experimented on in had found her. They wanted to test her to see how she was getting on despite her mutations, and also use her for more tests, such as breeding her and seeing if her offspring would have three eyes. Which she was extremely unhappy about and unwilling to do.
Lilith brushed some of the dirt off of her tattered dress (a lucky find from a bin) and yawned carefully so that the stitches on her cheeks wouldn’t split, then took her pitiful amount of belongings with her in a dirty backpack (another lucky find from a bin) before taking a short, yet deep breath; and running. As fast as her long legs would go. Out of the alleyway, through the streets.
Lilith stopped to a halt and skidded a little when she saw, in the corner of her eye, in an electronics shop- Tox’s logo, on one of the screens. Her eyebrows lowered and she shook her head before continuing her early morning run. She didn’t know where she was going, but she hoped it was somewhere peaceful and accepting.
