Brain: “Hey!” Me: “NO.” Brain:  “The universe of Aladdin has multiple cultures that vary wildly from our own, and not just because of magic!” Me:  “I know, but I already have so much I’m working on for fun. I don’t need ano-” Brain:  “Would Brawnhilda have Fighting-type Pokémon because she values strength and strength alone? Would Odiferous follow its Germanic theming and incorporate European mythology? Would Genie be a Hoopa or a Jirachi?” Me:  Immediately opens up Pokémon Sword to name a Machamp “Uncouthma.”
