India won the second ODI.. won the series
India clinched the three ODI series with Aussies with one ODI to spare. In the second ODI held in Indore, India won by 99 runs (Duckworth Lewis). Batting first, India scored 399 runs in 50 overs. Gill (104) and Shreyas Iyer (105) led the way with centuries, while captain Rahul excelled with 52 runs. In the end, Suriya Kumar Yadav played a brilliant innings of 72 in just 37 balls and scored a huge score for Team India. Among the Aussie bowlers, Green 2, Zampa, Hazle Wood and About got wickets. After that, Australia, who came into the ring with a huge target, suffered a setback in the beginning. Lost two wickets for 9 runs. However, the umpires set a target of 317 runs in 33 overs for the Aussies as the game was interrupted by rain. The Aussies were bowled out for 217 runs in 28.2 overs while chasing a huge target.
