     Fandral stopped on his way down the stairs, hearing a noise from below, but no voice followed. He put a tentative hand on his sword, just for security measures. "Hello," Fandral called, waiting at attention for a voice to respond or a form to appear around the corner.

Freya was brushing down her horse in the stables. It was almost dusk and she should have been back in her chambers preparing for the feast. However she did not feel like celebrating tonight. As she brushed she heard footsteps behind her. 'I know! I know! I shall be late if I don't-' As she spoke she turned to see the fimilar face. The brush escaped her grip and clattered to the floor.

Freyja woke up, blinking away a headache. "Ow," she mumbled, but she froze when she saw someone laying next to her. Who was that? Pure panic went through her head, having though her one-night stand nights were over for good. Was that what had happened?

The goddess scrambled out of the bed, and changed into a better changed of clothes before running out into the kitchen. What was going on? Something about this all seemed... familiar.. but nothing clicked.

But with the simple sound of a baby crying from the other room, Freyja raced as fast as she could out of that apartment, having no idea what was going on.
