Mike played rugby and cricket for Old Emanuel as well as golf. This was the referee in Holland last year having a pre-match chat with the Colts. He refereed the entire match in that outfit and managed to keep his hat on. An interesting plastic whistle as well which confused the players the first few times it was blown!
