My senior project is finally complete!! Heavily inspired by the games The Legend of Zelda and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. "Of Fern & Feral Tongue" is a dark fantasy mixed media comic set in a 15th-century inspired universe. It follows twins Clover, the Floramancer, and Wren, the Faunwhisperer, who navigate the suspicion of their village while a strange darkness lurks. When the Zoic Mass, a monstrous amalgam of beasts, emerges and takes hold of Wren, Clover must confront the entity to save her brother. Blending folkloric atmosphere with visceral horror, this story will appeal to fans of dark magic, monstrous creatures, and character-driven fantasy.
