One had to wonder why they were given such boring missions as watching over another Galra settlement on a planet similar to that Balmera one. They were experts at fighting hand to hand and being stealthy after all! They could get a better mission, for crying out loud, like Kuro or Matt did!

A mission was a mission in the end though and while it wasn’t as exciting as it could had been, it was still better than staying in the training deck all day long. Perhaps that was why they were being sent away. They did destroy a handful of the robots. Oops.

Katie heaved a sigh and ran a hand through their short hair. They had been walking through around for the past hour or so after being bored doing nothing at all. That was until they noticed something in the distance and decided to explore a bit more.

Colour them surprised, but they had no words for what they found. Green? Their lion? But she was back on the Galra ship! She couldn’t had escaped! But that wasn’t the end. Not by a long shot.

The lion’s mouth opened and from it emerged a person. It was... themself?

He drummed his fingers against each other, waiting for the cart to move again. These little trips through the town really had no point to them. Stop at some point, show the cart, move a bit, stop, show the cart. Sometimes he was required to wave. Apparently it encouraged the people.

Wouldn’t it be better if he actually got to talk to someone to ask what exactly WOULD encourage people? At least with all the guards around he knew he was safe. If not for them he would have been hiding under the cushy seats right now. It was a bit scary to be outside the castle walls.

They had been standing around in this alley for a while now. Something about a thief being on the loose. The captain had gone to scout ahead. Hunk leaned his chin in his hand and rested his elbow on the end of the lavishly decorated seat. the windows were barred with an elaborately decorated curtains that were drawn. Not allowed to look outside as usual.

Suddenly there was a thud on the roof. The whole cart rattled and creaked. Hunk looked up to the roof as he heard it. It went silent for a second before suddenly a pair of feet came crashing in through the curtains and the person they belonged to followed. They landed in a blur of green rags and and a dirt cloak. Hunk gasped and threw himself back in his seat. Before he could shout a hand clasped over his mouth and a short curved blade pressed against his throat. The stranger hushed him quickly.

Terrified and shaking the prince kept quiet. Thundering feet came closer to the cart, angry upset shouting and the clatter of weapons. There was a knock on the outside of the cart. “Your Highness! We have had some trouble with the disturbance in the city! We will be heading back to the castle early and call for back up.” Hunk whimpered slightly against the hand but shut up quickly when the blade pressed harder into his skin. “Sir?” Called the voice from outside. “Is everything alright?”
