@ofcompassicn Marinette groaned as she came too, she remembered being thrown across Paris near the school and the nothing. She saw Tikki lying on some ruble nearby. She could hear people screaming and panicking from the Akuma still on the loose. But she couldn't do anything about it unless she transformed back into Ladybug. But she couldn't without cookies for Tikki and she didn't have any on her. She noticed something cold trickling down her leg and looked down. She grimaced at her leg and she knew she needed to get it looked at. She tried to stand up to get out of the crater that she was in that was created when she landed as Ladybug. She didn't have her bag with her since she transformed from her room. So she had to put the kwami on her shoulder as she dragged herself out of the crater since her leg couldn't support her weight. She managed to crawl out of the crater and onto the street and she could just see the chaos. Chaos she needs to fix as Ladybug. But she can't fix anything if she can't even stand as Marinette.

4. On your fandom.OH MAN. I really like this fandom. Like I’m terribly used to bullshit in fandom *coughcoughHetaliacough* and honestly y’all are so polite and kind. Hawkdaddy is also hilarious on twitter, which makes everything even greater. My only complaint is that there’s not a whole lot of pairing variation in this fandom, but oh well! I’ll keeping writing my adrino stuff and keep running my non-love square blog (which y’all should totes follow  @everythingbutthelovesquare​ .Yes I just used this as an excuse to self promote sue me)  to help remedy the problem as best I can. 11. On your character.

MAN I HAVE SO MANY OPINIONS.

He’s the moral compass of this duo.

The long and short of it is that I love this baby. He’s so humble and kind.  He has every reason to be bitter and yet he keeps soldiering on with a smile. He has such deep insecurities, but he tries not to let them rule his actions. Even though he’s melancholy in many ways, he still approaches life with an open heart and a smile.

there needs to be more Adrien based episodes. I want them to touch on Mama Agreste’s relationship with him more.

Who’s the big spoon and who’s the little spoon?: They switch out, but Adrien likes being the little spoon best, so that’s where he usually is. 

Adult!Verse heights: Adrien ends up being 6′2″ and Nino ends up being 6′4″ 

Who falls asleep while watching romcoms?: Adrien probably. 

Who suggests watching romcoms?: Adrien. He loves them a lot, okay? 

Who makes all the decisions?: They tend to share most decisions. Except financial ones. Nino’s usually in charge of those. 

Who carries the other one to bed when they fell asleep on the couch?: Adrien would carry Nino. He’s got muscles from being Chat Noir.

Who proposes?:  I think Adrien would bring up the idea of marriage in general in casual conversation, and after talking about it for awhile Nino would shyly ask if they were getting married or not. They didn’t bother with rings until one too many people hit on Adrien while they were out.

Will they have a big wedding?: They probably have a close friends and family only reception, and just get married at the court house. Of course Nino’s relatives all come, but since Adrien’s family is tiny, and the number of close friends is pretty small too. But Gabriel does make their suits for the wedding, so they both looked fabulous. Assuming he isn’t in jail for being a super villain by that point.

Who accidentally eats all the popcorn while sharing a box?: Adrien. He eats whatever is in front of him. Nino makes his own bowl of popcorn for this reason.

Who pays for dates?: Adrien, just because he worries about money less. 

Who’s the most romantic?: They’re both super romantic with each other. Nino is just more low-key and private about it, whereas Adrien’s the type to send flowers to Nino’s work every once in awhile.

Random headcanon: Adrien loves stealing Nino’s hat and seeing how long it takes him to notice that it’s gone. @ofcompassicn​

Marinette was humming as she sat on a bench in the park sketching away in her sketchbook. Her humming was in tune to the music she was listening to perhaps a bit too loud. The earbuds in her ears playing loud enough for anyone right next to her to hear the music of Jagged Stone.

She wasn’t paying attention to the world around her as she sketched crisp lines inspired by the music streaming into her ears.

Of all the fears that sunk their teeth into Adrien’s head, this hadn’t been one of them. He’d never had a bad dream about going to Nino’s funeral, because how could Nino die? That was his best friend. He wasn’t going away until they were old men in a nursing home, and had finally finished every possible lament about the ‘good old days’. And yet here he was. Standing in front of his classmates, about to give a eulogy. A goddamn eulogy.

This couldn’t be real. How was this possible? Of course, humans were mortal creatures, humans were made to die, but… Nino. Nino couldn’t die. Except he had, and he hadn’t prevented it. He’d seen Nino’s eyes widen in fear and then suddenly go blank, because he’d hit the ground and he’d heard his best friend’s bones crack and seen his head crack open and- oh. now he was crying and he hadn’t managed to say a single word aloud.

“ I…. I don’t know where to start…” He’d written something, but… it seemed disingenuous. Nino wouldn’t have liked him reading off a sheet of paper. Nino was all about living in the moment, all about spontaneity and fun. “ Nino… Nino was the best person in my life… H-he… I never-” He didn’t deserve a friend like Nino had been his friend.  “ I never thought I’d have a friend like that… ““Nino… He…Nino was the first person that ever made me feel welcome”  those words felt so hollow, because none of them could ever sum up what Nino was. Nothing was going to tell his classmates how Nino was the one person he always felt safe around, the one person who saw almost every facet of him, the one he told nearly everything to, how could he say that he was never, ever going to recover from this?“ He made me feel like I belonged for the first time in my life…I… I don’t know what I’m going to do without him” He can’t get through this. He can’t get through his prepared words, or the ones that are swirling in his head. His hands are curled into fists, tears are running down his face and he feels worse than the day he realized his mother wasn’t coming back. At this point, the garbled words that make it out of his mouth don’t make much sense. They’re just apologies upon apologies and questions directed at god as to why he’d take such a wonderful person out of the world. It’s at that point Alya and Marinette guide him away so he can break down in private.  @ofcompassicn
