A little memeish thing that ofcrowsandclaws made that is specifically for this fandom! DO IT IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE SO ALREADY THAT WOULD BE AWESOME 1. How did you come across the series? I was trolling around the bookshelf of a lovely English teacher named Mrs. Traudt. The blurb on the first book peaked my interest so I asked her if it was any good, and she just said "READ IT". Curse you, Mrs. Traudt! (I love you Mrs. Traudt) 2. Favorite… Character - Pellibaby, most definitely. Book - I really like the second one, despite all the horrible emotional trauma it caused me. Monster - Wendigos. I like legendary things like them, and they're the only thing I really knew about before Yancey was like "LET ME MAKE PELL DESCRIBE THIS IN THE MOST GORY AND DRAMATIC WAY POSSIBLE". I hear about them more often than not (Aurelio Voltaire even referenced them in The Devil and Mr Jones ^.^) (Besides pwdr ser, but that's not a monster, it's mysterious goop.) (And Mongolian Death Worms... but those aren't really as cool) 3. How do you describe the series when you recommend it to people? I basically say it's about a sexy scientist and his troubled young assistant hunting monsters. At least, I should. I'm trying to remember how Chris and I described it to Anna... hmm. Or hell, how I even described it to Chris when I forced- I mean, got him to read them. 4. Do you prefer younger or older Will Henry? Younger. It's cool that older Will turned into such a sassafrass, but he was an ASSHOLE. 5. One thing you would love to see from the series that we haven’t yet. I'd like to hear more about Pell's mom, since we know about his dad already. All we know is that her name was Margaret, and she got TB and died. I NEED DETAILS. I WANT RICK YANCEY TO EITHER CONFIRM OR DENY THAT SHE WAS A WARRIOR MAMMA BEAR SCOT THAT ALL THE MONSTRUMOLOGISTS FEARED. I'd also like to see some new and awesome monsters I can make up stupid names for (the Shark Monkeys and Cuddle Nuggets are lonely) And JAMES AND PELL STORIES/INTERACTIONS PLEASE 6. Have you ever written/drawn for this fandom? I write lots of fluffy fluffs that aren't exactly fluff but involve hardcore shipping. 7. Pellinore and Will vs. ….? (any other duo) Who would win? Hmm, I'll go with the Winchesters, since they hunt monsters too. And I think it'd be a draw. 8. Favorite quote from the series? I have a lot, but this one stuck with me for some reason: "Yes my dear child, monsters are real. I happen to have one hanging in my basement." And an honorable mention: "Gentlemen, please, we did not come here to discuss Dr. Walker's teats." 9. Was there a defining moment where you realized this book ruined your life fell in love with the series? I don't really know. I think my crush on Pellinore is what really did me in. 10. The infamous question… Top three Monstrumologist ships (I know some one your have more than one don’t lie). Hmm... 1. Pell and James (obviously if you know me) 2. Willinore (which is absolutely paulmcfruity's fault (with a little help from obstinatrix)) 3. I kind of ship Margaret and Alistair, because I believe they loved each other (the only real friction in their relationship being the whole "PELL SHALL BECOME A MONSTRUMOLOGIST" situation).

1. Horses, wolves, or dragons? If this was ten years ago, I'd say horses, but today... wolves, I suppose. 2. Your favorite book (or series) of 2013? The Divergent series. Totally awesome. Made me cry. 3. What’s one random skill you’d like to learn? Um... does learning another instrument count as "random?" Or learning how to act better than I currently do? 4. Ever gotten anything autographed? YES I HAVE A GREEN DAY POSTER AUTOGRAPHED BY MIKE DIRNT (IT'S FAB) 5. What’s the song that gets stuck in your head easiest? (Is this a good thing or a bad thing?) It really depends on the day. There's several and it changes a lot, but isially it's something like Bohemian Rhapsody, some Christmas song, or the Sound of Music. BR I don't mind having stuck in my head, I've gotten used to the Christmas song thing even though it's annoying, and I DESPISE having the Sound of Music stuck in my head (stupid piece in band last year UGH). 6. First fandom you joined on tumblr? I would say Bones, but I always felt like an outsider in that fandom and like I was never really a part of it so I'll say Marvel since that's when I started feeling at home in a fandom. 7. Water, Earth, Fire, or Air? Water. Calm yet deadly. 8. Plans for the future? I'm going to college for a major in journalism and probably a minor in music performance, and during or after I want to get an internship at a local news station for a while and then hopefully go on to bigger journalism things. I don't really have a preference for print or broadcast, but that more I think about it, the more I kind of want to be on TV... 9. What’s one thing that always makes you smile? Would it be corny to say Green Day because they do. 10 .Have you ever imagined meeting your favorite celebrity? What’s one scenario/situation you’ve thought of? Have I ever imag - HAVE I EVER IMAGINED LOL DO YOU EVEN NEED TO ASK of course I have. And there's lots of scenarios and some of them are cheesy and embarrassing, but idk I've thought about meeting Green Day after a show or something and once I had a dream that I met Mark Ruffalo in a coffee shop in New York City (no idea where that came from tbh but it was cool). 11. If you could live in any time period, what would it be? Honestly, I kind of like this time period. I like our technological advancements and the kinds of opportunities that I have open for me in the future. I'm fine where I am.

Have you ever imagined meeting your favorite celebrity? What’s one scenario/situation you’ve thought of? Yes! Of course! I have too many to say with Benedict Cumberbatch and the people I really, really love like that. Someone else is Austin Mahone or Harry or Niall from One Direction. Just meeting them backstage at a concert or something, and then them being interested in me, and wanting to take me out :)
