Day 15: Fear the Walking Dead really hated me this season. This show in general loves killing my ships. This years causalities, Ofelicia and Trick. Ofelicia was my pure ship, my angels, I’ve been shipping them since season 1. I had so many hopes and dreams for them, too many. They had so much potential together, if only we could have seen it. I’ll never forgive this show for killing off Ofelia, a character who got amazing development, hyped enough to give me hope, and then pointlessly killed off. Collateral damage of lazy writing. ((Just like Travis.....my pure guy I miss him)) Then there’s Trick.....it started out as just a silly crack ship, but then they really got me invested in the dynamic of Nick and Troy. Now I know it’s controversial, I too have issues with Troy as a person, though they really built it up like he’d eventually get some kind of redemption or development, I was pretty curious to see what would become of him. I was really interested to watch his relationship with Nick grow. Nick seemed very upset with Maddie for killing him.....of course, they’re just “friends” tho. Right AMC. Anyways rest in fucking pieces my dead ships.
