ok some verses for david

there’s pre / during / post-eskew, for basics. pre-eskew, david’s a fairly unsuccessful history major and english minor at the university of london, who is depressed and anti-social and dealing with an abusive mother. during eskew is what it sounds like on the tin, and a bad time. post-eskew, david is... something. a ghost, maybe, or something like it, and he’s very intent on stopping eskew from spreading to other worlds.

in tma, he’s solely post-eskew, and eskew just is the extinction, making david the first authentic Avatar Of The Extinction that the magnus institute could meet. have fun!

in a control au, david got trapped in some other dimension thanks to an uncontrolled object of power (The Tennis Ball) in london. at some point he got spat out in the oldest house, and is probably in containment there by the fbc. he has a lot of stories. most of them are bad. also, his reflection makes the mirror reflection in the game look like baby’s first evil double. 

unfortunately i do not think it’s possible for 90% of characters to meet david-as-his-reflection at any point because they’d just get like. junji itoed. maybe we can talk something out, idk
