Well that…. is  complicated.   But we first get the idea that there’s … something more to their relationship than we know in the opening to 7x23 Hit.   And like most of Erin and Dave’s canon it is only the briefest of moments.

I’m not really interested in joining the discourse, but it has been on my mind a lot.   I think it can be okay if JJs been in love with Spencer.  I don’t think this means that she has to be disloyal to Will. I think you can be in love with more than one person. Rossi’s still in love with every woman he ever married. 

JJ and Will have built a life together. They’ve put in the work (rewatched Sick Day recently and was struck with just how much they have put in the work) and that means something.  That’s a marriage.

Exactly.  Relationships are hard work.  They require effort.  That is never going to change.

Hmm so Lily Kershaw played at JJ’s wedding and her dad Glenn Kershaw wrote this episode ... Don’t know that it means anything, but mostly I’m hoping that Rossi makes his wedding.
