What is a Nokean? I’ve never heard the term before.

Nokeans are people who are against the worship of Loki. It’s a portmanteau of “no” and “Lokean.” People usually don’t self identify as “nokean” even if they are vocally opposed to the existence of Lokeans; it’s just a humorous label applied to them by the Lokean community.
