I got tired of the disgusting, offensive advertiser about which @Staff still has yet to address my complaints and turned "Mature Content" off in settings.

I'm no longer seeing disgusting,offensive advertiser. Hoping it stays this way.

...Just in case anyone else is having the same issue.

This new Catholic app ad is sus as HELL. First, I just watched a Last Week Tonight about data brokers, and an app for telling Muslims when to pray was selling their data to third parties. No chance this one isn't. And look at these screenshots:

#1: Not too bad, just talking about prayer, and sure, I guess that could be relaxing before bed.

But it gets dicey with #2:

First off, claiming that prayer or calming music is a substitute for medication is dubious. Also, it seems to be saying being "medication free" is a superior way to be. As a three-meds-before-bed person myself, this is offensive and intentionally shaming.

And now to the worst of the lot, #3:

Are you fucking kidding me? Prayer got rid of your cancer? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?

I'm gonna contact staff about this ad, it pisses me off.

Does anyone else keep seeing really offensive ads?

I keep seeing these religious ads popping up all over my feed that are saying stuff about how women “need to obey men” and how queer people “going to hell” and some of them are really nastily worded and aggressive too.

I am obviously not the target audience of these ads and I’ve been reporting them for days but they won’t go away.

I just reported this ad for shitty AI "art", that you could make yourself on Canva tbh, as offensive.

Wow, has anyone else seen this WILDLY offensive ad for La Costena foods? Seriously, using someone's dead grandma and talking about spiritual connection beyond the grave to SELL YOUR DAMN CANS OF BEANS?!?!?

Seems like I no longer have a way to block or report specific Tumblr ads. Found this out when I got a transphobic ad.

Does anyone have a workaround? I’m on mobile and use Firefox btw
