The Revolution
Zalora Indonesia is the fastest growing online fashion retail in Asia, which revolutionized the fashion scene in Asia. The brief was they wanted to build an office that is located in their warehouse facility which emphasize the disruption of retail fashion industry. Another challenge is the look & feel must be comfortable even they are located in the warehouse area.
“The Revolution” was the interior concept for the Zalora office as the design was unique, provoking ideas, and fashionable. We were really excited to work on this project since the area was located in a real warehouse, as the design style in our mind was simply an “industrial” office.
For visitors, they will need to go through a black-colored hallway, which will give them an exciting experience and surprise element before entering the main office.
The main color is monochrome. We are mixing industrial interior material such as floor cement finish, black painted steel structure, spandex, and exposed ceilings, combined with the colorful choice of furniture to make the space more exciting.
Once you entered the main office, you will see the large Zalora logo located on the 2nd floor, as the ceiling is quite high. There are 5-tiered seating which can be used for discussion and collaboration, equipped with a pantry. There is a large window with the view to the warehouse area to monitor the day-to-day operations. There is a break-room on the 2nd floor equipped with the ping-pong table to relieve the stress of the work.
