WIP LEGO Display Shelf
So last week I painted the backs of the center boxes a light blue ("arctic blue" if you're curious) to create a sky background for my LEGO.
I already had made some sky backgrounds with adhesive vinyl (cheap and renter-friendly!) before, but just on the long shelves.
Now that I knew I liked it (after 2 years 😂), I decided to commit to painting.
Then I needed to create some interest vertically. At the same time, I have this ongoing mission to free up space in my overflowing shoeboxes of bricks. One color I have too much of is white.
So... clouds!
I found instructions by a LEGO Master contestant and then just improvised with what bricks I had.
On the long shelves, I still have the vinyl cloud stickers but I'll slowly replace them with brick-built clouds when I have more white rounded bricks.
Next step is to add lighting. I only have lighting on the shelf with Galen's Row at the moment.
