this system is a prison dude that does NOT add up to a hundred

we don't really have a headspace this is just what i called it
things that do NOT mean you're faking systemhood:
having a high alter count
having very little amnesia
having lots of introiects
using sign offs and decorating your system trackers
having comorbid disorders
not knowing whether you have osdd, pdid, did, etc
having dramatic switches
being cringe
not being diagnosed
being a teenager
not remembering trauma
experiencing ramcoa or oea
not having trauma
being elderly
being autistic
being transgender
being endogenic
being willogenic
having low alter count
having no amnesia
you dont use sign offs
having quick switches
been previously misdiagnosed
being self diagnosed
