Tell me about angelica / dolley or eliza / dolley

i started a list but tumblr ate it so here’s me trying again. I’m yelling Angelica/Dolley & Eliza/Dolley are my fav part abt Party Dress (besides TheoFrances). I couldn’t decide which one to talk abt but tbhhhh but i dont rly know what to say b/c you already know most of it

tbh i basically just copied the love triangle from Hamilton only replaced Dolley with Alex

which is something i recommend more to people, just replace Dolley with ALexander as the ambitious charming one who Eliza & Angelica are into

im rly attached to Angelica/Dolley bc of the Parks & Rec au but Eliza & Dolley are better suited for each other, like Angelica & Dolley are more similar but they also would’ve ruined each other & been completely uncompromising

i haven’t decided if this is Party Dress canon but Moonz has mentioned Dolley/Eliza & Madilton double dates and... think abt it

also hardly anyone knows abt Eliza & Dolley like only Eliza’s sisters basically & maybe James and Mayyyybe Alexander but... probably not... I haven’t even got to how Eliza & Alexander met in PD anyways,,

Eliza’s parents have definitely called while they were having sex & when the answering machine went off & Dolley heard what it was she screamed

Eliza tries to be cool abt it but sometimes she’ll talk abt wanting a family or kids & Dolley is screaming internally

It stresses out Eliza whenever Peggy gets high b/c there’ve been times where she’s literally just spent all afternoon staring at the ceiling

Angelica just kinda tells her to be safe but no, it genuinely stresses Eliza out

She, Martha M, and John were like the stoner trio back in high school & college & shit

She’s rly good at making sure she always has clothes that don’t smell like weed. John hates her

she bought John his first bong, it’s shaped like a dick

She also told Frances that John used to own a bong, carefully omitting the dick part and the fact that she was the one who bought it for him. Frances told Theo and Philip about it

Frances thinks her dad is a hypocrite b/c he gets on her case abt weed

once shaved her entire head b/c John dared her & also promised that if she did it so would he. He chickened out at the last minute

Usually she’s funny as hell but she also makes lots of self-deprecating jokes abt being the family disappointment
