Holy shit??? I cannot believe how blessed I am to have the friends that I have??? From throughout my life??? How did I get so lucky to get all of these people to want to talk to me and spend time with me??? idk i feel like it could have ended without charles and sebastian being separated? or at least with a more intense/legitimate goodbye scene, oR WITH A REUNION A BUNCH OF YEARS LATER,

ok i have considered the first and third scenario here and as for the first one it would have to mean either one or both of them does something ooc like they are just not capable of making it work like there are so many points where im like “well if x had just done this instead it could have ended differently” but like they just? wouldnt do that? second option i think would be even more painful in its own way so no.  i have also considered reunion a bunch of years later and i like that option but idk theyd probably be p messed up or dead like im honestly at the point of “seb dies of liver failure and charles gets killed in the war and they are both OUT OF THEIR MISERY

well if ur not talking about the whole modern au thing then believe me, my mom told me the same thing way at the beginning (when i was having either the first or second breakdown) and like it doesnt work idk i feel like in the canon there was only one way for it to end
