The Offspring - Kristy Are You Doing Okay Cover by Malcress

Turning back to Offspring, we went straight for Kristy Are You Doing Okay since it's a great acoustic classic from these guys. With the high school-themed melancholic tune, it's ideal to have the luck to discover this song in one's teen years, because many teenagers at least partially find themselves in the lyrics of these kind of songs. And thanks to this, it really helps them with "surviving" this stage of their life by knowing they're not alone and, of course, by relieving their thoughts in the music they love listening to.

Dirty Magic - The Offspring Cover by Malcress

To change style, we turned to the punk scene and chose to cover the acoustic version of Dirty Magic from the mighty Offspring, which is one of our favorite songs from them. It comes from their second album - Ignition, and, although it's not really a happy song, it means a great deal to us because it reminds us of all the warm summer evenings while riding our bike and looking at the magnificent sunset, casting it's last golden beams on the landscape.
