For those who remember, WAY back in June (remember the days of flushing toilets and lightbulbs? Those were the days, eh?) I preserved about 100 eggs to enjoy this winter by water glassing them. After much forgetfulness, I finally remembered to bring them to the shack from the safe place they were hiding in my dad’s basement. And after a little more forgetfulness, I’m posting the results! They worked!! I had scrambled eggs for breakfast made of eggs that were laid last May / June and they tasted great!!
