FLAME or LAME?
These Off White x Converse were a prime example of Virgil trying to collaborate two of the major footwear players. The subtle stitching used on one of the prototype allowed a unity effort between Nike and Converse, although Converse are a subsidiary of Nike, they aren’t seen in a shoe yet (to my knowledge). Another example of looking at the fashion industry as more than just competition, as more of a “we’re all in it together” effort.
