hey, how did you make your icons? cause they look so pretty!

thank you hun ! I use photoshop cs6 and then I play around with colorings usually something vintage inspired I made my own by mixing a few different but you can also find some to download on psd blogs like drunkandcoloring, psdworld, or yeahps. then you can download borders from places like deviantart or chaotic resources. last thing you need are textures I usually just google mesh textures/stripe textures and find a good variety of them. once you put the border and texture on your image you're done. I recommend putting the texture at screen/multiply/overlay screen mode and then taking the opacity down to 20%-30%
