Familiar Faces | Robin & Zelena
The door to the mayor’s office closed. Zelena walked away, pained by the fact she was leaving her infant daughter behind. Though it comforted her knowing she was in safe hands, it didn’t make it any easier having someone else be her mother. She knew how Regina had acted in her time as Storybrooke’s mayor in her own dark curse, but this Regina seemed different, or at the very least far less evil. And with Robin being a mere baby, she didn’t need to worry about her developing any horrific mental scars from a young age.
The only goal now, was to figure out what was going on.
Zelena had left the office with a mundane job at hand, but she had little interest in doing that first. Right now she wanted to investigate this strange cursed town that had been created over night, and at least find some clues as to whom actually casted it. Or even better, find at least one other person who remembers the truth about who they are. Zelena couldn’t be the only one. She just couldn’t.
As Zelena was walking, she was suddenly jerked backwards as her shoulder collided with another pedestrian and made them both lose their focus. She’d been so zoned out she hadn’t even noticed someone had been walking past her.
“Oh come on, watch where you’re--”
And then she looked at the man she’d bumped into. And suddenly, her mind turned to ice, as if she’d just seen a ghost.
“...Robin?”
