no no seriously you NEED to watch the musketeers! It's on BBC1 at 9pm Sunday if you live in the UK, if you don't I'm sure theres websites to watch them on! It's only 4 episodes in to the first season GO GO WATCH IT OMG IT'S INCREDIBLE (they all pretty cute too)

I live in Canada and I dont have cable sob sob sob

in reference to the star fleet department thing ~ i'm feeling like you're command. because you are SARCASTIC i'm gathering, and can take control of situations with sass! rank ~ hmm i'd say Lieutenant

mmmm yes i like this. i've always felt that if i was anything in star fleet i would be either security or command. in recent years i've been leaning toward command because no one really wants to be a redshirt, let's be honest.

and the rank of lieutenant speaks to me because it's just enough power. i wouldn't have to actually command that many people and most likely wouldn't have to make life or death decisions (at least not regularly) but it saves my pride.

What is wrong with the pre-pubescent Hobbiters? They seem pretty chill (save the Fili-fetishing and Tauriel rage)

so that is what annoys me. they fetishise gay relationships and treat it like a novelty, and then bash the first female character that comes along in ten years!

i adore Tolkien’s world, and respect it and think it is amazing, and it literally pains me to see people totally de-value it completely and make everything about sex. i think that’s basically spitting on tolkien’s grave and everything he was trying to say with his works. 

that’s why i prefer the lotr side of the tolkien fandom. they can appreciate that. they do appreciate that. so much. and it pains me that the hobbit fans dont.
