     “Oh great, just who I wanted to see.” A low groan escaped the dark angel, a wave of negativity flooding him as crimson eyes directed to the goddess. Oh how he missed those snakes after being gone for so long.

     “If you’re going to yell at me, save it for later; I’m too tired.”

"...I’m betting one thousand hearts you die again. I’ve learned my lesson, why haven’t you?”  

She shook her head at her alternate, silently judging. Oh, if only she could go back in time and change her ways sooner. But this would have to do for now.

“If there’s anything I can give that boy, it’s that he’s a one man army. Us goddesses may be all powerful, but that’s never stopped him before.”

The door opens and......oh, the angel behind the door appears to be unimpressed. Or annoyed.

“Weren’t you just here earlier?” He appears to be mistaking her for the previous Medusa.

He should probably invite her in so that no one stares at the tall, snake-headed woman standing in front of his apartment for the second time that day.
