CHARITY: if you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
She taps her forefinger upon her chin as she considers; it had never truly occurred to her before now that she’s never travelled very far. England, Scotland - the world is much wider than an island. And the further she were to wander, the further from the dark and cold shadows, the omnipresent specters, the better.
“I’d like to go somewhere warm,” she begins, “and sunny. I want to get into the ocean and swim out so far that I can barely see the shore. Maybe Italy. Greece! Or Spain - I hear they have the best beaches. Anywhere but here. Anywhere in the sun. I’d give anything to go someplace like that.”
FRANK: what is something or someone that you would be willing to die for?
“Just one thing?” she huffs, a smile full of chagrin and fondness in equal measure crossing her face, “The cause, for one. The Order; if it came down to it, I’d die for the Order in a second. And then, of course, my friends. They do so much for me, for others; they all deserve to have at least me to lay down my life for them. Sort of an unfortunate time for me to have a lot of friends, isn’t it?” she grins, only amusement and resignation to an undeniable truth in her voice, “I have lots of people to die for.”
LUCINDA: if you could live one day as someone else, who would you choose?
“Gilderoy Lockhart. Absolutely, without question. Can you imagine what it must be like to - to live in that brain? What must go on in his head on a daily basis? He’s so outrageous, but at the same time he’s just - just -” she shrugs, a snort escaping her, “Just imagine inhabiting his brain for a whole twenty-four hours. No telling what you’d find out. But it’d be fun, I’d bet you that. If one thing’s for sure, it’s got to be fun to be him.”
