I’m Proud of Myself

I’m proud of myself for work at another BP site today, I know it sounds like a silly thing to have been stressing, overthinking and nervous about but there the things that come with having anxiety, but I showed up and did my job. Stepping out of my comfort zone must have been my motto of the day because after work, I want to the pool with my mum and I tried out the steam room and the sauna... I may have only been in the steam room for less then 25 seconds and the sauna for about a minute but hay I gave them ago.
