"Bro it's a twelve minute time cap. That's nothing!" Atlas looked up from the small whiteboard he wrote the Crossfit 26.1 workout on. "It's a ladder and we can just note where we're at once the twelve minutes hit then finish up the rest. I didn't get to do it last week because of that rowing challenge." He grinned.
