The goddess turned to wipe her eyes as tears began to fall. It hurt worse somehow, to hear Baldr acknowledge what she tried so hard to deny. She wasn’t as the worlds meant her to be. “You’re wrong.” she murmured, unwilling to face him. His eyes would steal her voice away. “There’s still time for me. Time for us all, if he changes his mind.”
