[Maui:] The girl pouts, and she brings her free hand up to rest her chin on it. "A business' a business, though." Her smile returns. "'Sides, letting something as great as your soup slide by without pay's practically a sin. Jus' let me pay ya back for once, huh?" She placed the money down in front of her. It doesn't seem as if she'll take no for an answer.

Weiss just rolls his eyes. "Buy four get one free. I feel really strange forcing you to pay for all five of them right now, so if you're going to make me take your money then that's my offer." He considered other possiblel combinations but decided they would probably be rejected too.

[Kogasa:] "Uh- excuse me!" The boy approached Nora, hugging a dusty owl plushie. He hesitates for a moment, then he places the plush on the counter. "I found Shouko-- them by some coffee machines. They were a big help." He doesn't bother to explain why the darned thing was dusty.

"Oh. I'm guessing you made it through the game, congratulation! The poor thing need a bath though. But I'm really glad to see you made it!! Enjoy your new life!" Nora said as she took the plushie carefully. Huh, she completely forgot about the owl. Ah well at least some player found it and she'll put it back where it belong after the bath.

[Maui:] "Weiss!" The girl strides in and aims a bright smile towards the other Reaper. "Dude, that week was crazy! An' it looks like you landed some crazy business here, too!" She helps herself to a table, keeping her gaze on the other all the time. (There is also 2,000 Yen waiting in one fist; just enough to snag the last five Pumpkin Soups, wink wink nudge nudge.)

"I'll say.. And yes I did get a little business thank you for noticing" Though he probably would not have a store anymore if he didn't get some business. He stares at Maui and then to her hand with the money and then back to her face again. He sighs. "You know you could have just asked and I would make you some for free."

[Kogasa (D5-D6)]: The boy opened his mouth to speak, but nothing comes out. He threads his fingers through his hair. "... I dunno," he admitted. "If things were all good, and nothing was bad, then that's... good?" He frowns. "But... that doesn't sound right. Would there be anything good if everything was good?... I really don't know..."

“There would be no good if there was no bad, mate.” He deadpanned, serious. “… So it’s important ta remember tha bad, and accept tha bad, an’… learn from tha bad, so tha’ you can really see tha good fer what it is, yeah?” He said, gesturing towards Kogasu. “Otherwise, you’ll never understand why tha good is jus’ so precious.”

[Kogasa:] To the stick of the mud comment, the boy frowned and huffed. He might have changed, but at least some things had to stay the same. But with her following one... ""R- really?" He said. He looked thoughtful. He spent five months in the Underground; that was a long time away from the living. But... "I'm... I'd like that," he said. He gave her a slight smile. "I've just got to concentrate on winning."

Des grinned and nodded, giving him a pat on the back, "Exactly! And I'm sure you'll win!" She gave another nod, mostly to reassure herself, "Um, I know you don't have a phone so...yeah, just pop on by the store or something when you're back yeah? Or I can come find you after school!"

Mental note, ask Kei where Kogasa's school is.

[Kogasa:] "Yasumu!-..." The boy practically stops in his tracks. He takes one good look at the Reaper. "... Shadow Ramen..." Came the last of his statement before his voice just. Dies. "... Red really /is/ your color," he says flatly. (( Shadow Steak Ramen x1, Coffee x5, -4750 ))

Yasumu grins, having soup already at the ready for any frantic Players on the final day.At Kogasu’s expression, however, Yasumu breaks out into a grin. “…I know right?” He says, looking excited.

[Kogasa:] The boy nods. God, he's been through so much. The calm of the store was almost unreal compared to everything he's been through... "... Yeah..." he murmured. He checked on his mocha and took a tentative sip; even if it was hot, its sweetness was welcoming. "... Mm- Des?" He said, looking at her. "I'm... I'm sorry for the way I've acted before. You know, way back when." He did a lot of stupid stuff when he fist came to the Underground, didn't he?

Des blinked at the appology, staring at Kogasu for a moment before looking up blankly, remembering how the boy acted before. "Oh yeah, you were kinda a stick in the mud weren'tcha?"  she muttered, half expecting him to get angry at the comment.

She giggled though, turning to him with a smile, "Hey, I'm not one to hold grudges! And you know what! When you win we should go out sometime, y;know, as friends! I mean, you better not cut me out just because you're no longer dead mister!"

[Kogasa:] The boy approaches Carel, flustered. "S- sorry for having a fight in your shop!! I just- is it okay if I pay for any damage costs?" It isn't much, but... he places a handful of Yen on the counter. "And, uhm... I don't really need these anymore. You can have them." Carel blinked. “Oh, no, it’s fine! You were in the Noise Plane, so nothing in the RG or UG got wrecked.” She prepared the food and passed it along, before taking a look at the pins he put on the counter. “…A-ah! This is a pin that I used in my Game!” She picked up Impact Warning and gave a nostalgic smile. “Here, I’ll give you 1320 yen for both of them. So your total will come to 3130 yen!”
