“As long as there is hope there is chance,” Georgiana said with a soft smile, trying to disguise the concern that she felt about everything that was happening around them. The Princess herself was conflicted. She understood why the Danish alliance in Spain worried both her father and brother, she understood why Charles had decided to follow through with the marriage to Adelina and Georgiana wanted nothing to do with it. Politics was a necessary evil and as much as she was wary of the Spanish she didn’t to have any part of something that could be damaging to her cousins. They were family after all. “And I know shouldn’t say so but I do sincerely hope that it all works out in the end for the better, for all our sake’s.”
