As he speaks, he reaches to gently stroke ivory strands of hair away from her forehead, trying to keep them from sticking to sweaty, clammy skin. A frown turns the corners of his lips downward. For a moment, he considers tying her hair into a ponytail, but those are uncomfortable to lay on. She is a little warm... is it her Quirk again?
Whatever the cause, he straightens from where he’d knelt next to Eri, exhaling softly with either exertion of concern. “Do you mind if I go for a minute? I just want to get you some soup and a cool washcloth. I won’t be long. I’ll braid your hair for you when I get back, too.”
