I still think the most horrifying part about Oktavia is the fact that at one point she screams with a human voice, and the way she screams really just.... puts extra emphasis on the fact that witches suffer.
It's also the moment where you can see the last bit of her humanity disappear, because the next time we see her she also makes sounds, except it's this inhuman growl and just. Man.
